At Nautilus, we have a big and important mission: improve the health of millions by unleashing the potential of the proteome to accelerate drug development and enable a new world of precision and personalized medicine. We are developing a single-molecule protein analysis platform of unprecedented sensitivity, scale, and ease of use that we believe will democratize access to the proteome – one of the most dynamic and valuable sources of biological insight. To accomplish this, we are pursuing hard scientific problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and creating a world-class team of builders, innovators, and dreamers across a wide range of disciplines.
We are hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive Nautilus's go-to-market strategy, messaging, and coordinated marketing campaigns across channels, translating our defined roadmap and positioning input into executable plans and deliverables. You will own our brand, be a critical driver of our commercial launch in 2027, and help ensure sales and marketing operate as one efficient team. This role also has responsibility for directing part-time contributors and contractors.

· Own the Nautilus brand, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and messaging across all internal, customer and market facing materials.
· Plan, manage, and execute marketing events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, road shows), owning logistics, budget, and post-event follow-up.
· Own and manage HubSpot as our core marketing operations platform, including campaign setup, list management, and performance tracking.
· Serve as a central driver of go-to-market execution for our planned 2027 product launch, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing deliverables are on track.
