Install, commission, and maintain complex biotech instruments; diagnose hardware, software, optical, fluidic, and electromechanical issues; provide on-site and remote customer support; perform root cause analysis and document findings; feed improvements into engineering, manufacturing, and quality; support early customers and product release activities.

Lead NPI for optical subsystems: transfer R&D designs to production, develop and qualify manufacturing processes, align and calibrate optics and lasers, create SOPs and IQ/OQ/PQ, implement fixtures and SPC/DOE/FMEA, support supplier qualification, and train technicians to ensure device quality and manufacturability.

Serve as primary liaison and Tier 1 resolver for instrument and assay issues. Triage and track support requests in Jira, perform basic hardware/software/fluidic troubleshooting, coordinate assay execution and data review, maintain complaint-handling and quality processes, create troubleshooting guides and KB articles, and support scalable support processes and cross-functional communication to improve instrument uptime and product reliability.
