Lead Nautilus’s go-to-market strategy, product messaging, brand, campaigns, content, events, and 2027 commercial launch execution. Manage HubSpot marketing operations, monitor KPIs, coordinate Sales and Product Management, support PR and investor communications, and direct contractors and part-time contributors. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on writing and campaign development, operational discipline, and travel up to 30%.

Maintain financial records and execute month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, oversee accounts payable, uphold SOX controls, support audits, drive process improvements, and collaborate with FP&A and offshore teams.
