Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across production lines and shifts to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality food production. Manage partner relationships, capacity planning, equipment utilization, maintenance, scheduling, continuous improvement, quality, food safety, audits, and team development to drive operational excellence.

Lead month-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage fixed assets and intercompany settlements, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits, improve accounting processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain accurate financial reporting.

Lead a production shift of 25-30 associates to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Oversee training, continuous improvement, staffing, standards implementation, HACCP-driven food safety, troubleshooting, and performance management while collaborating with area leadership.

Support manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, developing training and campaigns, tracking and improving KPIs, and driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.

Lead development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards analyzing syndicated, shipment, and internal sales data. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver analytics solutions, automate data processes, improve analytics capabilities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and 90-day plans, ensure quality and safety (GMP/OSHA), optimize line efficiency using ERP and Lean methods, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, plan labor/materials, and relieve the Shift Manager as needed to keep shifts running smoothly.
