Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and 90-day plans, ensure quality and safety (GMP/OSHA), optimize line efficiency using ERP and Lean methods, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, plan labor/materials, and relieve the Shift Manager as needed to keep shifts running smoothly.

Lead a production shift of 25-30 associates to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Oversee training, continuous improvement, staffing, standards implementation, HACCP-driven food safety, troubleshooting, and performance management while collaborating with area leadership.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics). Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, implement upgrades, ensure safety compliance (LOTO, OSHA), document changes, and train staff to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, maintain fixed asset accounting, ensure US GAAP compliance, improve accounting systems/processes, oversee Concur approvals and billing/accruals, and collaborate cross-functionally on financial reporting and special projects.

Support manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, developing training and campaigns, tracking and improving KPIs, and driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.

Support the finance team with journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, US GAAP compliance, fixed-asset recording, expense and invoice processing, audit support, and AR cash application (posting, allocations, bank reconciliations, collections). Maintain accounting documentation, assist process improvements, and collaborate with team members.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for Walmart and Sam's Club to drive net sales, earnings, distribution, and share. Own customer relationships, joint business planning, pricing, assortment, shelving, and cross-functional coordination to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Support site HSE program execution, maintain environmental compliance (air, water, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste), deliver training, investigate incidents, manage industrial hygiene monitoring, Worker’s Compensation and incident management, conduct safety audits and coaching, support security and risk management, and provide backup coverage for the HSE Manager.

Support site Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in a food manufacturing facility. Maintain compliance with environmental regulations, manage hazardous waste, deliver HSE training, investigate incidents, support industrial hygiene monitoring, oversee worker's compensation and incident management, and coach associates on safety behaviors. Flexible hours required to support site operations.

Lead and facilitate loss-elimination and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Develop and support Daily Management Systems, analyze line data, drive root-cause problem solving, define process standards and control strategies, coach and train associates, and collaborate with leaders to meet safety, quality, and efficiency metrics.
