Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across production lines and shifts to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality food production. Manage partner relationships, capacity planning, equipment utilization, maintenance, scheduling, continuous improvement, quality, food safety, audits, and team development to drive operational excellence.

Support manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, developing training and campaigns, tracking and improving KPIs, and driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage fixed asset accounting and intercompany settlements, ensure US GAAP compliance and internal controls, support audits, maintain accounting systems (ERP), oversee Concur and billing/accruals, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
