Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and 90-day plans, ensure quality and safety (GMP/OSHA), optimize line efficiency using ERP and Lean methods, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, plan labor/materials, and relieve the Shift Manager as needed to keep shifts running smoothly.

Lead a production shift of 25-30 associates to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Oversee training, continuous improvement, staffing, standards implementation, HACCP-driven food safety, troubleshooting, and performance management while collaborating with area leadership.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics). Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, implement upgrades, ensure safety compliance (LOTO, OSHA), document changes, and train staff to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
