Administers and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, Azure, proxy, and network security infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance remediation, segmentation, compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, project delivery, and tier 1/2 support. Participates in on-call and after-hours support, assists with audits and policies, cross-trains IT staff, and maintains reliable, secure network operations across multiple locations.

Supports social media and digital marketing initiatives through content creation, video production, influencer partnership coordination, digital advertising support, social listening, community management, and campaign documentation. The role develops social content, assists with filming and on-camera appearances, monitors trends, maintains calendars and timelines, and provides administrative support to the Digital Marketing team.

The Director of Public Relations leads public relations, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, community engagement, and corporate communications. The role develops messaging, manages media and executive relationships, serves as a spokesperson, oversees events and partnerships, supports store openings, measures campaign results, and advises senior leadership. The position collaborates across Legal, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and other departments while managing communications projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Provides employee relations guidance to managers and employees across regional retail operations. Investigates complaints, advises on performance and conflict resolution, reviews HRIS pay changes, supports HR initiative rollouts, manages ADA, leave, and workers’ compensation escalations, and delivers manager training. Requires broad HR generalist knowledge, employee relations expertise, employment law familiarity, confidentiality, sound judgment, communication, mediation, and organizational skills. Up to 10% travel is required.

Administers and analyzes employee benefits and payroll programs, including HRIS updates, vendor data feeds, enrollments, COBRA, 401(k) administration, compliance reporting, invoice reconciliation, payroll audits, PTO reconciliation, tax reconciliations, and management reporting.
