- Minimum of 1 year of experience with benefits and payroll
- Ability to work with external customers and vendors
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical, data analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- College degree
- Dayforce experience, primarily Benefit Administration
