Assists the Receiving Manager with receiving, inspecting, scanning, staging, and processing incoming products and related paperwork. Handles inventory discrepancies, vendor communication, special orders, and back-room organization. Supports cashiering, customer service, store opening and closing, employee training, and limited manager-on-duty duties. Operates forklifts and pallet jacks, maintains safety standards, and provides sales-floor support. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides employee relations guidance to managers and employees across regional retail operations. Investigates complaints, advises on performance and conflict resolution, reviews HRIS pay changes, supports HR initiative rollouts, manages ADA, leave, and workers’ compensation escalations, and delivers manager training. Requires broad HR generalist knowledge, employee relations expertise, employment law familiarity, confidentiality, sound judgment, communication, mediation, and organizational skills. Up to 10% travel is required.
