Manages corporate accounting, GAAP reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting, financial statement preparation, lease accounting, SOX compliance, internal controls, audits, budgeting, and accounting staff. Conducts accounting research, supports new standards implementation, oversees general ledger activity, and partners with senior leadership and external auditors on quarterly and annual reporting.

Administers and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, Azure, proxy, and network security infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance remediation, segmentation, compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, project delivery, and tier 1/2 support. Participates in on-call and after-hours support, assists with audits and policies, cross-trains IT staff, and maintains reliable, secure network operations across multiple locations.

Supports social media and digital marketing initiatives through content creation, video production, influencer partnership coordination, digital advertising support, social listening, community management, and campaign documentation. The role develops social content, assists with filming and on-camera appearances, monitors trends, maintains calendars and timelines, and provides administrative support to the Digital Marketing team.
