This role partners across academic, enrollment, technology, finance, HR, marketing, and student services teams while using data to improve outcomes, strengthen family experiences, and launch or expand virtual schools and programs.

Supports Oracle Fusion HCM and related People Services platforms across talent management, total rewards, and talent solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, integrations, quarterly release updates, and project leadership. Partners with HR, IT, CRM, and Change Management teams to improve workflows, recruiting, benefits, compensation, absence management, and employee-related processes.

Monitor and analyze school budgets across multiple funding sources, advise school leadership on spending decisions, and provide accurate financial and student reporting. Evaluate spending for sustainability, allowability, and program alignment; maintain compliance with applicable laws and accounting rules; support audits; and communicate with schools, vendors, departments, and education agencies. The role develops teacher effectiveness, promotes student growth and college readiness, and maintains a safe, engaging learning environment. Occasional travel is required.

Administer standardized tests according to established protocols, verify student and proctor identification, manage seating charts and testing materials, provide instructions, prevent cheating or exam tampering, record and certify accurate results, attend required training, and travel to assigned testing sites. Attendance and punctuality are critical on scheduled testing days.
