Requires accuracy, organization, communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Nonprofit, healthcare, grant-funded, and cloud accounting experience are beneficial.

Lead NCIA’s organization-wide talent acquisition strategy, including workforce planning, sourcing, pipeline development, executive advising, recruitment process improvement, employer branding, and hiring analytics. Manage priority and difficult-to-fill searches while coaching hiring managers and overseeing internal recruiters, contractors, agencies, and vendors. Ensure equitable selection practices, legal compliance, and effective recruitment partnerships.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for multi-site Community Living Services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversees staffing, budgets, service quality, compliance, documentation, incident response, policies, corrective actions, admissions, and participant rights. Supervises management and health personnel, partners with HR, coordinates stakeholders, conducts site visits, manages on-call responsibilities, and responds to emergencies.
