Processes vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments; manages invoice workflows, vendor records, W-9 documentation, reconciliations, payment discrepancies, month-end close, 1099 preparation, audits, reporting, and grant-related accounts payable activities. Supports financial operations by improving workflows, maintaining accurate records, and responding to vendor inquiries.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for multi-site Community Living Services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversees staffing, budgets, service quality, compliance, documentation, incident response, policies, corrective actions, admissions, and participant rights. Supervises management and health personnel, partners with HR, coordinates stakeholders, conducts site visits, manages on-call responsibilities, and responds to emergencies.

Directs the Meaningful Day employment and community inclusion program for adults with intellectual disabilities. Oversees daily operations, staff hiring and supervision, budgets, regulatory and billing compliance, documentation systems, performance metrics, continuous improvement, and program transformation. Builds employer and community partnerships to expand competitive employment, customized employment, volunteerism, business ownership, and meaningful community activities. Ensures services align with HCBS, CMS, LTSS Maryland, DORS, and EWP requirements while promoting participant rights and quality service delivery.
