Provide client-centered case management to support participants pursuing vocational training and employment: assess barriers, connect to resources (housing, transport, childcare, healthcare), create and monitor Individual Employment Development Plans, document services in electronic systems, collaborate with employers and community partners, ensure program compliance, and participate in team meetings and professional development.

Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams: assist recruitment and onboarding, maintain confidential employee and financial records, help prepare payroll and financial documents, manage office supplies, prepare correspondence and reports, support cross-team projects, and help implement policies to ensure compliance.
