Support vocational/trade program graduates by coaching on resumes, interviews, and retention; develop employer partnerships; coordinate hiring events; match candidates to trade-specific jobs; track placements and ensure program compliance to meet placement goals.

Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams: assist recruitment and onboarding, maintain confidential employee and financial records, help prepare payroll and financial documents, manage office supplies, prepare correspondence and reports, support cross-team projects, and help implement policies to ensure compliance.

Manage daily AP operations including invoice processing, reimbursements, ACH/check and online payments in Bill.com; maintain vendor records, support grant-related month-end documentation and audits, and improve AP workflows integrated with Sage Intacct.
