Build relationships with top members, conduct proactive outreach, support member satisfaction and accounts receivable workflows, provide product expertise, assist with escalations, maintain accurate account records, complete customer success improvement projects, and manage recurring reporting and communications.

Leads strategic IT projects and portfolio governance supporting digital transformation. Oversees project planning, execution, risks, resources, vendors, requirements, quality assurance, communications, and change management. Manages ClickUp and SharePoint project systems, conducts portfolio reviews, mentors project staff, and partners with executives, developers, business analysts, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Provides member support through phone, email, and ticket systems; builds relationships, resolves issues, manages escalations, maintains account records, and serves as a subject matter expert on company products, including Click & Lease. Collaborates with Customer Success and other departments to improve member satisfaction and deliver timely guidance.
