Lead and maintain the airline's quality assurance and Continuous Analysis and Surveillance Program (CASP), promote safety and regulatory compliance with 14 CFR, audit vendors, perform safety risk analyses, maintain CASP and safety database records, and manage QA inspections, reporting, and related documentation.

Manage and oversee the Boeing 747-400 engine fleet (CF6-80C2, RB211) including APU maintenance, borescope inspections, engine runs/taxi, lease induction/removal oversight, vendor and cost coordination, maintenance planning, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Serve as second-in-command on National Airlines widebody aircraft, assisting the Captain to ensure safe, regulatory-compliant operations, preparing for upgrade to Captain, performing relief duties, and following company operational manuals and ATC clearances.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of aircraft component, maintenance, and financial data in AMOS and related systems. Support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, configuration control, and finance through data corrections, maintenance program updates, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. Perform other assigned duties and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Monitor fleet performance, support maintenance control and troubleshooting, manage performance reporting (ECM, ACARS, Mini QAR), coordinate service bulletins and repairs, assist flight crews, and support SMS compliance.

Lead development and oversight of aircraft weight-and-balance, fuel bias, airport analysis, and flight planning engineering programs. Ensure regulatory compliance, optimize payloads and fuel efficiency, coordinate OEM/vendor data, support maintenance and quality control, produce manual/system revisions, and report findings to VP of Flight Operations. Supervise staff and participate in industry performance events.

Plan and validate flight missions for compliance, feasibility, and risk. Coordinate permits, route/fuel/weight analysis, aircraft performance checks, documentation, and stakeholders (sales, maintenance, crew, ground, DOD). Build trips in AIMS/Navblue and support 24/7 operations.

Perform internal and external audits of maintenance and service providers, conduct FAA regulation research, risk and root cause analyses, update audit databases, and support the Safety Management System. Travel domestically and internationally (~40%).

Support preparation, revision, distribution, and tracking of company operational manuals and EFB documentation. Maintain document control, coordinate with departments and vendors, support publishing, audits, and ensure adherence to company procedures and 14 CFR requirements.
