Lead AMOS team and manage the AMOS Maintenance & Engineering system. Oversee implementation, administration, optimization, troubleshooting, data integrity, regulatory compliance, cross-functional projects, vendor integrations, and process improvements to support maintenance operations.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate ground school, simulator, and classroom training for pilots and training staff; manage training resources and vendor coordination; enter training data into AIMS, TM365 and related systems; align schedules with Crew Scheduling and FAA requirements; support travel and logistics for training events.

Lead and maintain the airline's quality assurance and Continuous Analysis and Surveillance Program (CASP), promote safety and regulatory compliance with 14 CFR, audit vendors, perform safety risk analyses, maintain CASP and safety database records, and manage QA inspections, reporting, and related documentation.
