Set up, configure, and maintain e-commerce stores (Zid, Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce); manage products, domains, payments, shipping, and store content; perform QA, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, track project tasks, and document implementations.

Assist with daily bookkeeping: enter transactions, reconcile bank statements, process invoices/payments, prepare financial statements and expense reports, support month/year-end closings, assist with tax documents, maintain organized records and support senior accountants.

Support business growth by targeting GCC clients, building a sales pipeline, conducting market research, meeting clients, and reporting sales performance.

Manage client e-commerce accounts: run kickoff meetings, set goals/budgets, create and maintain Notion records and WhatsApp groups, ensure ad/social access, write and assign tasks, track progress, send weekly and monthly reports, create invoices and follow payments, and conduct regular client meetings to achieve agreed digital goals.

Support commercial teams by administering CRM and enablement tools, managing data hygiene and large dataset uploads, building performance dashboards, documenting SOPs, integrating tools with tech, training teams, and providing insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Create and maintain visual brand identity across digital and print channels. Design campaign assets, social and web graphics, marketing collateral, and basic UI/UX wireframes. Ensure brand consistency, coordinate with vendors/freelancers, support marketing/growth teams, and deliver high-quality visuals under deadlines.

Sell ERP and accounting solutions across KSA/GCC: prospect and qualify leads via calls/WhatsApp/email, schedule meetings and demos, maintain CRM records (Zoho), hit activity and acquisition KPIs, handle objections, coordinate onboarding with accounting team, and manage the sales pipeline.

Drive digital business growth by developing and executing digital sales strategies, building pipelines aligned with revenue targets, creating marketing proposals and media plans, managing client relationships, and collaborating with performance teams to win and retain clients across KSA and GCC markets.

Identify and acquire new clients in the Kuwaiti market, conduct meetings and field visits, develop sales strategies, prepare proposals and reports, negotiate and close deals, collect initial payments, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
