Analyze client and stakeholder needs, document business and functional requirements, and translate ERP and SaaS business processes into scalable software solutions. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Saudi Arabia and Noon to improve visibility and sales. Monitor KPIs, inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketplace compliance. Coordinate with design, advertising, and fulfillment teams, resolve listing issues, support product launches, and prepare performance reports to drive marketplace growth across Gulf markets.

Manages client accounts for digital marketing and e-commerce projects, including onboarding, goal and budget alignment, access coordination, planning, task delegation, performance tracking, reporting, invoicing, payment follow-up, and client meetings. The role oversees project execution and works to achieve agreed digital performance goals while maintaining client communication and documentation in Notion and WhatsApp.

Manages client accounts and serves as the primary contact for invoicing, payments, collections, reconciliations, account statements, and billing issues. Coordinates with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
