Manage end-to-end recruitment: screen resumes, fill vacancies within KPIs, source and attract tech talent via social media and sourcing tools, run interviews and exit interviews, maintain reports, update job descriptions and org charts, represent company at hiring events, and advise on retention and organizational structure.

Assist with daily bookkeeping: enter transactions, reconcile bank statements, process invoices/payments, prepare financial statements and expense reports, support month/year-end closings, assist with tax documents, maintain organized records and support senior accountants.

Identify and target clients across the GCC, build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, research market opportunities, meet clients to propose tailored creative and production solutions, achieve sales targets, and submit regular sales performance reports.
