Sell ERP and accounting solutions across KSA/GCC: prospect and qualify leads via calls/WhatsApp/email, schedule meetings and demos, maintain CRM records (Zoho), hit activity and acquisition KPIs, handle objections, coordinate onboarding with accounting team, and manage the sales pipeline.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, employee performance, shifts, attendance, driver activity, order fulfillment, and delivery issues. Prepare operational reports, coordinate across departments, resolve day-to-day problems, escalate critical issues, enforce procedures, and identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
