Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems directly into customer production environments. Own projects end to end, from requirements and system design through implementation and rollout. Build AI-native interfaces, conversational applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and real-time applications. Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure while addressing performance, security, reliability, latency, cost, and hallucination trade-offs.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, feature prioritization, development, launches, and post-launch performance analysis. Partner with customers, engineering, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-focused SaaS solutions, prioritize business value, and drive measurable outcomes.

Drive enterprise go-to-market enablement from discovery through contracting by creating sales collateral, ROI analyses, use-case maps, case studies, and positioning. Analyze funnel performance, support segmentation, pricing, and territory decisions, evaluate GTM tools, and conduct competitor research. Partner with account executives and Design to improve enterprise AI sales conversion across pharma, supply chain, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare verticals.

Build and deploy cutting-edge generalized deep learning architectures for converting unstructured business data into structured formats. Develop production-grade systems at scale, experiment with LLMs, VLMs, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal models, and incorporate advances in deep learning. Responsibilities include creating highly accurate document-processing, information-extraction, table-understanding, and few-shot learning solutions while following strong software engineering, version control, CI/CD, and code quality practices.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, including prospecting, inbound lead management, discovery, pipeline development, solution presentation, negotiation, forecasting, and closing. The role focuses on new logo growth, value-based multi-stakeholder sales, quota attainment, and building lasting client relationships. Candidates should be comfortable selling technical or workflow software and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Own customer account health, workflow adoption, operational effectiveness, and churn-risk mitigation for assigned B2B SaaS accounts. Monitor usage, manage escalations, coordinate internal teams, lead customer communications and operational cadences, document workflow requirements, test changes, communicate timelines, and support account managers with expansion opportunities and product demonstrations.

Own enterprise customer relationships from proof-of-concept kickoff through renewal, driving upsell, expansion, retention, and net revenue retention. Build executive relationships, lead pricing and contract negotiations, identify growth opportunities, monitor renewal and expansion pipelines, and partner with Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams. The role requires experience in account management or consulting, commercial negotiations, enterprise stakeholder management, and preferably SaaS, AI, automation, or usage-based pricing.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and online research to identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities. Perform initial discovery and qualification calls, address objections, communicate product value, capture business intelligence, qualify marketing-generated leads, and arrange meetings for Account Executives.

Build and ship scalable full-stack features, primarily backend services, integrations, machine learning APIs, complex workflows, and growth initiatives. Architect systems processing hundreds of millions of documents, optimize response times, and develop distributed services using Golang, Python, React, databases, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and DevOps tooling.

Build and scale Nanonets’ enterprise partner ecosystem across systems integrators, consulting firms, technology alliances, ERP partners, and referral channels. Establish partner programs, operating processes, business plans, enablement, co-selling motions, governance, and commercial models. Manage priority partnerships, generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, coordinate joint marketing and account development, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. The hybrid role is based in Palo Alto and supports the US market with cross-regional travel.

Own and close $250K–$2M+ enterprise deals with Fortune 1000 organizations. Manage complex 9–18 month sales cycles, C-suite relationships, procurement, security reviews, compliance requirements, and cross-functional consensus. Develop strategic account plans, expand existing accounts, and partner with Solutions Engineering on architecture and technical validation. Collaborate with company founders and executives to position AI-powered automation as an enterprise standard.
