Responsibilities include HRIS administration, policy development, employee relations investigations, manager coaching, compliance, and California wage-and-hour guidance for contingent and non-exempt workers. The role requires independent ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing technical manufacturing and robotics environment.

Develop and integrate software across a robotics stack, including real-time perception, control, firmware, and embedded systems. Deliver reliable, performant code; contribute to architecture, testing, feature rollout, diagnostics, and lifecycle development. Establish reliable handoffs from sales through deployment, surface dependencies and risks, translate between commercial, product, engineering, and operations teams, and drive adoption of scalable communication and documentation standards. Configure tools and automate workflows using AI-native approaches to turn tribal knowledge into repeatable operating infrastructure.

Drive strategy and execution for a warehouse automation platform combining robotics, AI software, and hardware systems. Gather customer and field requirements, prioritize capabilities, balance hardware and software constraints, analyze product performance, conduct competitive research, and ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate across engineering, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer teams to bring complex products to market.

Own and build Mytra’s marketing function, including strategy, budget, brand, content, communications, demand generation, employer branding, and funnel measurement. Own program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, build scope, resourcing, and execution across mechanical, electrical, safety, firmware, controls, sensing, data, and software teams.
