Drive strategy and execution for a warehouse automation platform combining robotics, AI software, and hardware systems. Gather customer and field requirements, prioritize capabilities, balance hardware and software constraints, analyze product performance, conduct competitive research, and ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate across engineering, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer teams to bring complex products to market.

Lead board- and system-level RF hardware development for wireless products including schematic capture, PCB layout, antenna integration, RF simulation, conducted and radiated testing, FCC certification, enterprise AP/mesh optimization, and guiding designs through NPI to high-volume manufacturing while collaborating with EE and wireless SW/FW teams.
