Design and operate a scalable data platform for high-volume robotics telemetry and control-plane data. Responsibilities include data capture, storage tiers, ingestion, transformation engines, durable processing, schema and ID-key management, retention and egress policies, replication, CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting. The role supports cloud, on-premises, edge, and outage-resilient deployments while enabling downstream analytics and machine learning.

Design, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot PLC-based control, safety, electrical, embedded, networking, and software systems for robotic material-handling automation. Develop electrical panels, control cabinets, safety architectures, and commissioning tools while collaborating across engineering teams. Support testing, root-cause investigations, product scaling, manufacturing training, and occasional customer-site deployments.

Build and deploy computer vision and machine learning perception systems for a distributed robotic fleet. Responsibilities include object detection, depth estimation, localization, simulation and sim-to-real validation, vision data pipelines, camera and ToF calibration, on-device model optimization, and integration with motion and safety systems. The role also includes technical leadership, design documentation, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with robotics, sensing, software, controls, and safety teams.
