The Senior Systems Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans for robotic and racking systems, ensuring safety and reliability. Responsibilities include analyzing engineering specs, building test fixtures, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Designs, deploys, secures, and operates enterprise networking, systems, cloud, backup, DNS, and physical security infrastructure across office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments. Leads infrastructure projects, vendor evaluation, procurement, capacity planning, and new-space buildouts. Establishes resilient architecture through redundancy and segmentation, documents standards, supports cybersecurity enforcement, and serves as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.

Own end-user IT support from triage through resolution and escalation, manage device lifecycles and onboarding/offboarding, administer core SaaS and identity tools, maintain SLAs and support metrics, develop knowledge-base documentation, and mentor junior staff. The role requires strong macOS and Windows expertise, service-oriented communication, and experience supporting rapidly growing organizations.
