We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.

About the role

As Senior Manager, Talent at Mytra, you will join our People team during a period of rapid scaling. Our team is focused on hiring quality talent who will take our automated warehouse robotics system from development to deployments across multiple customer sites. This is a player coach role, you’ll be a hands-on, data-driven talent leader to help us build a recruiting engine that scales with the business.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and develop our recruiting team, coaching recruiters to become trusted talent advisors and building a team that can scale with our hiring plan.
  • Own executive and senior leadership searches end to end, partnering directly with the CEO, executives, and external search firms as needed.
  • Develop our hiring strategy and support headcount forecasting with the senior leadership team and People Partners, aligning recruiting capacity and budget with business priorities.
  • Strengthen our employer brand in partnership with Marketing and Design, using social media, events, collateral, and creative ideas to attract top talent to Mytra.
  • Manage the performance, contract negotiations, and effectiveness of our contingent workforce program, including relationships with staffing agencies, vendors, and search partners.
  • Lead our contingent workforce program, from sourcing and vendor management to conversion and compliance, as a core talent strategy for Mytra.
  • Lead our early-career and internship programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Identify and manage the tools, processes, and metrics needed to build a robust, agile talent function that attracts top talent in a competitive landscape.
Ideal Candidates
  • Extensive recruiting experience and a proven track record of leading high performing recruiting teams.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth hardware or manufacturing environment.
  • A track record of running executive and senior leadership searches with strong close rates.

  • Experience managing agencies and contingent workforce programs, including vendor negotiations and budget ownership.
  • A commitment to our values: building trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates, demonstrating deep curiosity about the business, challenging constructively, and creating processes built to last.
A Final Note:

If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t check every box. At Mytra, we build bots, but we hire humans. We value thoughtful challengers who communicate with clarity and respect, and we’re lifelong learners committed to getting better every day. We move fast, learn faster, and show up for each other under pressure. The best outcomes come from diverse perspectives working together to build something meaningful and built to last
