The Tax Administrator coordinates tax meetings, maintains tax registers and entity profiles, monitors compliance calendars, tracks filings and payments, and prepares status dashboards. The role supports tax audits, external advisor onboarding, quarterly and annual audit files, SOX controls, documentation management, process notes, tax system tickets, and other administrative projects. It requires strong organizational, communication, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with tax or accounting administration experience preferred.
