The DevOps Engineer will operate and improve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, observability, security, incident response, platform reliability, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports AKS, EKS, Rancher, Kafka, RabbitMQ, databases, monitoring stacks, and cloud-native services within a 24/7 support roster.

Supports HR operations through employee lifecycle transactions, Workday data maintenance, audits, reconciliations, reporting, SOX compliance, system testing, and HR documentation. Coordinates with HR, payroll, finance, benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues, support audits, improve processes, and provide accurate employee records and administrative support.

Plan and execute retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives for iGaming brands. Drive promotions, optimize communication touchpoints and automations, measure ROI and KPIs, perform offer audits, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver projects on time to improve player engagement and minimize revenue loss.
