Leads the Systems Operations team, overseeing staff development, infrastructure reliability, automation, governance, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, and technology modernization. The role partners with business, architecture, procurement, and PMO stakeholders to optimize systems, control costs, maintain highly available infrastructure, and support organizational technology strategy. Responsibilities include monitoring hardware and infrastructure, managing service processes, ensuring ISO 27001 and SOX compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Owns chargeback recovery, representment, dispute prevention, analytics, and card scheme governance. The role optimizes recovery and success rates, reduces financial losses, manages dispute vendors and external payment partners, monitors scheme requirements, analyzes performance trends, and collaborates with Fraud, Payments, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams.

As a Financial Accountant, you'll handle financial reporting, reconciliations, tax management, and support internal audits, enhancing financial efficiency and accuracy.
