Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using JavaScript and .NET/C#. Responsibilities include software design, API and database development, testing, deployment, incident support, performance monitoring, documentation, and collaboration across engineering and product teams. The role also contributes to system modernization, cloud and DevOps practices, architectural implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Leads software engineering and enterprise support technology across risk, compliance, AML, CRM, and contact centre operations. Owns technology strategy, roadmaps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, platform integrations, vendor relationships, reliability, automation, regulatory technology, and operational transformation. Manages engineering leaders, product managers, architects, and Agile teams while aligning delivery with business objectives, governance, security, scalability, and service quality.

Own and improve end-to-end finance processes and their supporting systems. Map business and system workflows, standardize processes, analyze EPM allocation rules, specify integrations, document requirements, design controls, lead workshops, coordinate user acceptance testing, and measure post-launch performance. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and technical teams across a regulated, multi-entity environment.
