Drafts, reviews, and negotiates SaaS and other commercial agreements while serving as the primary legal partner to Sales and GTM teams. Advises on deal structure, pricing, privacy, security, renewals, and contract interpretation. Lead Product Designer owning end-to-end growth journeys (discovery, activation, monetization). Design experiments, prototypes, and reusable growth patterns; partner with product, research, data, and engineering; manage and mentor 1–3 designers; advocate for user trust while optimizing funnels and pricing, onboarding, and upgrade flows.

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers in the DACH region. Act as primary technical authority on complex deals, address security/compliance and integration requirements, deliver demos and documentation, inform product roadmap with regional feedback, mentor SEs, and optimize sales velocity across EMEA.

Build and maintain customer-facing growth features, instrumentation, and experimentation platforms. Partner with engineering, data, design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion narratives, ensure enterprise readiness (permissions, compliance), and translate ambiguous business questions into clear product experiences and APIs.
