Build and maintain platform engineering tools, build infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows for a large TypeScript and Node.js codebase. Improve automation, reliability, scalability, performance, and developer productivity across software delivery processes. Collaborate with engineering teams, document solutions, support internal customers, and operate Kubernetes workloads. The role may also involve custom operators and AI-powered capabilities for development, testing, observability, and releases.

Build customer-facing growth and engagement features across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Design and analyze experiments using feature flags and A/B testing, develop instrumentation and event pipelines, improve performance and scalability, and contribute to architecture and technical strategy. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success while mentoring engineers and promoting reliable, high-quality engineering practices.

Lead growth product design across discovery, activation, monetization, onboarding, pricing, upgrade, and lifecycle experiences. Use behavioral data and experimentation to improve funnels while protecting user trust and product quality. This hands-on manager role includes designing polished end-to-end experiences, partnering with product, engineering, research, and data science, establishing reusable growth patterns, leading workshops, and managing or mentoring one to three designers.
