Temporary 3–4 month role to maintain and merchandise munchkin.com. Responsibilities include uploading and QA of product assets, inventory monitoring, planning site content, partnering with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting site issues, monitoring reviews, and supporting ongoing site optimization and administrative tasks.

Lead lifecycle and retention strategies for Munchkin.com to increase repeat purchases and LTV. Design and optimize customer journeys, run retention and subscription programs (email, SMS, push, direct mail), use data and personalization to test and improve campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor KPIs to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
