Manage end-to-end product development projects from concept through production. Establish timelines, track deliverables, monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure launches are completed on time and within scope. Manages and grows Amazon Canada, digital-first retail accounts, and the company’s direct-to-consumer website. Develops ecommerce sales, merchandising, marketing, and go-to-market strategies; optimizes product content, digital advertising, site merchandising, conversion, and customer experience; analyzes performance data; presents business results; builds retailer relationships; and identifies growth opportunities across cross-functional teams.

Provides temporary operational support to Sales and Marketing by maintaining customer, product, pricing, promotional, broker, and retailer data. Prepares sales, inventory, POS, forecast, and SKU reports; coordinates customer reviews, product launches, samples, sales materials, and retailer portal setup. Supports field-sales requests, discontinued-product sell-through, calendars, promotions, and cross-functional commercial initiatives while ensuring accurate and timely responses.

Own and grow Munchkin’s influencer and creator program across major social platforms. Responsibilities include creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, relationship management, campaign execution, contracts, content approvals, usage rights, payments, performance reporting, and budget tracking. The role partners with Social, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, E-commerce, and Paid Media to produce authentic content, amplify creator campaigns, identify trends, ensure FTC compliance, and improve program performance.

Leads the complete industrial design process from concept development through CAD, prototyping, testing, and production handoff. Owns product categories, develops innovation roadmaps, and creates consumer-focused product concepts. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, costing, compliance, PMO, and brand teams on features, materials, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Conducts competitive reviews, user testing, and customer feedback analysis while presenting design direction and managing project schedules.

Supports consumer product design from concept through development, including quick sketching, problem solving, styling, mockups, 3D modeling, presentation boards, and coordination with overseas operations. The intern works on real baby, children’s, and household products while gaining hands-on experience in product development, integrated technology, and retail-focused design.

Lead transportation operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective outbound shipping. Schedule carrier appointments, manage carrier performance and rate negotiations, coordinate dock utilization and inbound/outbound activities, supervise shipping personnel, enforce policies and safety, compile shipping reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend cost-saving improvements.

Develops consumer products from concept through production, including ideation sketching, mockups, 3D CAD, presentations, research, user testing, and product refinement. Collaborates with Engineering, Marketing, Costing, Compliance, Branding, and PMO teams to define product features, materials, finishes, safety requirements, and schedules. Requires knowledge of hard goods, soft goods, electronics, manufacturing and molding techniques, and proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Lead category management for UK and EMEA: analyze category and brand performance, manage syndicated data sources (GFK/IRI/Nielsen/etc.), build reporting suites, run shopper research, support NPD with commercial analysis, present insights to internal teams and buyers, and drive assortment and distribution growth.

The Business Development Manager will drive growth in Tier 2 and Specialty accounts in Canada, manage negotiations, develop partnerships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
