Lead and manage the site Quality function, maintain ISO9001 certification, run audits, manage inspection and supplier quality programs, respond to customer complaints, drive continuous improvement, train staff, report quality metrics, and support quality aspects of new business and projects.

Design and develop mechanical product components and prototypes, lead design reviews, define test protocols, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and support intellectual property protection while communicating status with supervisors and teammates.

Lead powder coating production: enforce policies, schedule and supervise staff, set up and adjust equipment, inspect products, monitor gauges, perform maintenance and repairs, train employees, and read/interpret job orders and blueprints to meet production goals.

Manage HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and compensation compliance, payroll classification, employee records (I-9/COBRA/FMLA), performance reviews, training, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and HR policy administration to ensure legal compliance and organized HR processes.

Lead the site Quality department, manage ISO 9001 certification and audits, handle customer complaints, drive supplier and continuous improvement initiatives, maintain inspection and audit programs, train staff, produce quality metrics, and support quality aspects of new business and projects.

Design and develop product components and prototypes, lead design reviews, define test protocols, collaborate cross-functionally, protect IP, and oversee multiple engineering projects.

Manage controlled documents and work instructions to meet ISO and company standards. Maintain BOMs, routers, and part numbers in ERP. Upload certifications and documents to SharePoint and Global Shop, support change workflows, assist Lean/5S efforts, and perform cross-training and other quality department tasks.
