Assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and products using hand and power tools; read BOMs, routers, and assembly instructions; perform visual and process inspections; handle materials and lift up to 50+ lbs to verify product quality per work instructions and drawings.

Lead and supervise production staff to meet output goals: enforce policies, coordinate schedules, inspect quality, monitor equipment, train employees on operations and safety, interpret work orders/blueprints, set up/adjust machines, and use ERP to manage work orders, labor, and WIP.

Design and develop mechanical product components and prototypes, lead design reviews, define test protocols, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and support intellectual property protection while communicating status with supervisors and teammates.

Lead powder coating production: enforce policies, schedule and supervise staff, set up and adjust equipment, inspect products, monitor gauges, perform maintenance and repairs, train employees, and read/interpret job orders and blueprints to meet production goals.

Manage HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and compensation compliance, payroll classification, employee records (I-9/COBRA/FMLA), performance reviews, training, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and HR policy administration to ensure legal compliance and organized HR processes.
