Lead manufacturing quality activities, maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system, manage audits and inspections, address customer complaints, support supplier improvement, track quality metrics, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Train and develop quality personnel, maintain documentation, collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure safe, effective department operations.

Provides day-to-day support for ERP and business applications, troubleshoots application, workflow, data, and user issues, and coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders. Analyzes business processes, supports automation and system enhancements, participates in testing and implementations, maintains documentation, and trains users on enterprise systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, SQL, database, and Microsoft 365 skills.

Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, extract and analyze data from ERP/SQL databases, build and modify SQL queries, validate data accuracy, document data sources and business rules, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business insights.

Manage HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and compensation compliance, payroll classification, employee records (I-9/COBRA/FMLA), performance reviews, training, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and HR policy administration to ensure legal compliance and organized HR processes.

Lead powder coating production: enforce policies, schedule and supervise staff, set up and adjust equipment, inspect products, monitor gauges, perform maintenance and repairs, train employees, and read/interpret job orders and blueprints to meet production goals.
