Analyzes business processes, supports automation and system enhancements, participates in testing and implementations, maintains documentation, and trains users on enterprise systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, SQL, database, and Microsoft 365 skills.

Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, extract and analyze data from ERP/SQL databases, build and modify SQL queries, validate data accuracy, document data sources and business rules, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business insights.

Manage HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and compensation compliance, payroll classification, employee records (I-9/COBRA/FMLA), performance reviews, training, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and HR policy administration to ensure legal compliance and organized HR processes.
