Responsibilities include prospecting, quoting, product training, technical support, specification development, forecasting, bid management, trade engagement, after-sale service, and travel-intensive territory coverage.

Perform independent FEA and CFD simulations for mechanical components and assemblies: model setup, meshing, solving, and post-processing. Lead metallurgical analysis and process improvement in a brass foundry. Reduce casting defects, optimize alloys and heat treatments, improve yield and scrap utilization, apply statistical analysis, support quality investigations, and train operations personnel to enhance manufacturing capability and product performance.

Provide phone- and email-based support to established distribution partners: stock checks, order entry, shipment tracking, technical support, complaint resolution, and liaison with manufacturing/planning. Recommend products to meet customer needs, manage follow-up and paperwork, and work within a team; minimal travel (<5%).

Sell and promote Mueller water products across Eastern Quebec by building relationships with municipalities, engineers, distributors and end users. Prepare quotes, prospect, service client issues, run promotional activities, and develop territory growth plans. Frequent territory travel and bilingual (French/English) communication with US-based sales and support teams is required.
