Teams at Mueller Water Products

Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion for water infrastructure manufacturing. Handle contract administration, customer requirements, submittals, and vendor/internal coordination. Maintain relationships with Legal, Engineering, Accounting, Sales, Trade Compliance, Field Services and Purchasing. Require technical aptitude to read drawings, manage BOMs/specifications, multitask across 50+ jobs, and frequent weekly visits to Kimball, TN manufacturing site.

Develops standardized operational and financial reporting, consolidates facility data, tracks capital projects and cost savings, coordinates revenue projections, and prepares leadership reporting packages. Supports plant teams with reporting tools, training, data analysis, and ad hoc requests. Partners with quality and operations leaders on cost-of-quality reporting, incentive plan tracking, variance explanations, and leadership meetings.

Drive enterprise transformation by implementing the Mueller Operating System, managing the strategic initiative portfolio, tracking value delivery, removing cross-functional barriers, and maintaining execution cadence. Lead executive strategy reviews, acquisition integrations, scorecards, and strategic projects while influencing stakeholders across the organization. The role begins as an individual contributor and may grow into leadership of a small transformation team.
