Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and departments: schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle P-Card and AP processes, track budgets, procure office supplies, prepare documents and plant review data, serve as point of contact for stakeholders, maintain facilities and vendor services, and back up HR for candidate travel and related tasks.

Drive strategy and lifecycle for engineered water/infrastructure products: gather VOC, define requirements, lead NPI with R&D, manage launches, pricing, commercialization, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.

Support and improve foundry operations by leading projects that increase throughput, reduce costs, and upgrade technology. Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, manage capital projects, and use engineering tools (PFMEA, equipment qualification, capacity analysis, RCFA). Develop foundry technical expertise across metallurgy, tooling, casting processes, quality, and operations support.
