Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, schedules transportation, selects carriers, prepares import/export documentation, tracks deliveries, resolves shipment issues, and maintains transaction data in SAP. Ensures regulatory, customer, and safety compliance while communicating shipment updates across teams. Monitors shipping performance and supports continuous improvement. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, time management, and adaptability in a safety-sensitive environment.

Provides on-site environmental, health, and safety compliance support for a critical-component manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include OSHA and EPA compliance, permit monitoring, EHS documentation, floor audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, workforce training, respiratory protection program administration, and hazardous waste management. The coordinator collaborates with operations, engineering, quality assurance, leadership, safety committees, and global EHS teams. The role involves chemical hazards, PPE and respirator use, facility inspections, and occasional after-hours support.

Oversee mechanical QA/QC for semiconductor construction projects: perform system walkdowns, inspections, documentation management, coordinate stakeholders, enforce codes/standards (HVAC, plumbing, PVC/PVDF), support FAT/OAT and commissioning, drive corrective actions, and ensure smooth turnover to operations.

Perform mechanical QA/QC inspections and documentation for plumbing, HVAC, PVC/PVDF, and hydro systems in semiconductor/data center projects; enforce codes and standards, complete QA reports, conduct OAT/FAT and final inspections, coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and owners, and verify hardware/configuration per design.

The role involves requesting quotes from suppliers, managing inventory, and utilizing material management software. Candidates should have experience with ordering materials and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
