The Project Manager leads assigned construction projects, ensuring deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress, and coordinating with teams and clients for successful project execution.

Oversee mechanical QA/QC for semiconductor construction projects: perform system walkdowns, inspections, documentation management, coordinate stakeholders, enforce codes/standards (HVAC, plumbing, PVC/PVDF), support FAT/OAT and commissioning, drive corrective actions, and ensure smooth turnover to operations.

Manage and control semiconductor spare parts lifecycle and inventory to ensure equipment uptime. Maintain accurate master data, fulfil spare requests, perform audits and reconciliations, monitor stock health and KPIs, support procurement and vendor documentation, and ensure compliance with semiconductor handling and traceability requirements.

The role involves preparing and processing monthly billing, monitoring budgets, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring stakeholder communication and accurate record-keeping.

Maintain and produce weekly/monthly project and labor reports, track costs and change management, perform data audits, develop forecasts, KPIs and mitigation plans, and support project controls deliverables and progress tracking onsite.

Analyze and integrate project data to build predictive cost, schedule, and resource models. Connect and consolidate data sources, create indicators and tools for project status, risk, and trend reporting, and support administrative tasks to enable project analytics and user data extraction.

Perform mechanical QA/QC inspections and documentation for plumbing, HVAC, PVC/PVDF, and hydro systems in semiconductor/data center projects; enforce codes and standards, complete QA reports, conduct OAT/FAT and final inspections, coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and owners, and verify hardware/configuration per design.

Coordinate recruiting activities including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, applicant database maintenance (Workable), and communication between applicants and hiring teams. Support community and school partnerships and perform administrative tasks.

The Accounting Administrator supports daily accounting operations, manages accounts payable, assists with month-end/year-end close, and ensures compliance with policies.

The role involves accurate data entry, verifying data accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and managing workflows while identifying discrepancies.

The EHS Coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations and supports environmental protection efforts while providing training and conducting audits at the Chandler facility.
