Coordinates workplace safety across semiconductor and high-tech projects. Conducts hazard assessments, daily site evaluations, incident investigations, and corrective-action tracking; provides safety coaching, toolbox talks, training, and emergency-response guidance. Collaborates with project managers, EHS leaders, contractors, and client safety personnel to maintain regulatory and site compliance. Supports audits, safety committees, KPI reporting, and programs involving respiratory protection, fall protection, confined spaces, ergonomics, PPE, and equipment safety.

Lead the safe decommissioning, relocation, installation, commissioning, and qualification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Support fab expansions, equipment transfers, technology upgrades, and site closures while meeting OEM, customer, and safety requirements. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, vacuum, gas, and process systems, manage customer-site projects, and ensure timely, compliant equipment startup. The role requires extensive international travel and extended assignments in Italy, France, or Germany.

Conducts HoloLens-based model-to-field inspections on active construction sites, verifies installations against designs and specifications, identifies and manages clashes, and coordinates resolutions across project stakeholders. The role maintains BIM models and issue-tracking systems, verifies spatial control points, supports construction readiness and quality inspections, trains site personnel in AR/MR workflows, and drives digital construction improvements. The position is site-based in Ireland with occasional travel to other project sites.
