Monitor and manage critical IT events and incidents in a 24/7 environment, including shift and on-call coverage. Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions, provides Tier 1 support, and trains end users and power users. Requires SharePoint development and administration experience, PowerApps expertise, strong communication skills, Security+ certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Administer and engineer cloud-based Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint environments supporting DHS. Responsibilities include Autopilot provisioning, compliance and security policy management, application packaging, patching, vulnerability remediation, WDAC hardening, PowerShell automation, troubleshooting, reporting, and mentoring junior engineers. The role collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams on endpoint modernization and security initiatives.

Develops and governs enterprise cloud frameworks, standards, tooling, policies, reference architectures, roadmaps, and engineering assets. Advises executives and technology leaders on long-term cloud strategy, ensures regulatory and enterprise compliance, and collaborates with vendors and stakeholders. Requires strong Azure expertise, including PaaS, IaaS, networking, monitoring, security, and hub-and-spoke architecture, plus Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals. The role requires substantial experience and ability to attain DHS EOD clearance.
