Requirements

- 2-5 year's experience as an IT Operations Analyst
- Available for shift work – This position will work 36 hours over three (3) days one week followed by 48 hours over four (4) days.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Skills Required
