Coordinate global import/export shipments, provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, claims, incidents, and disputes. Ensure operational KPIs and reporting are met, communicate additional costs and follow up until resolution, support team backups, and maintain accurate business reports and processes.

The Inside Sales role involves increasing sales revenue by providing excellent customer service, promoting customer loyalty, and supporting sales initiatives.

Assist with data entry processes for vendor and customer invoices, focusing on accuracy and customer service skills. This is an entry-level position with potential for advancement.
