Supports the Billing & Revenue team by creating and maintaining customer, supplier, and billing master data; managing shared mailboxes; supporting billing activities and reporting; resolving queries; maintaining documentation; and improving AI-assisted automation and processes. The role requires accurate administration, strong IT and numerical skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. Billing, finance, data entry, and master data experience are desirable, with full training provided.

Administer and maintain global IT network infrastructure, security, backup systems, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, Purview, and SharePoint. Support technology implementations, specialist IT queries, user onboarding and offboarding, software licensing, security monitoring, and system records. The role also provides technical support across global offices, assists with business continuity, and collaborates on improving IT services and processes.

The Inside Sales role involves increasing sales revenue by providing excellent customer service, promoting customer loyalty, and supporting sales initiatives.
