Coordinates global import and export shipments while providing customer service and maintaining customer and vendor relationships. Handles operational issues, complaints, claims, incidents, KPI tracking, reports, billing, disputes, and additional cost communication. Requires logistics coordination, regulatory awareness, problem-solving, communication, follow-up, and teamwork skills.

Processes purchase invoices accurately, prepares payment runs, and liaises with global offices and suppliers. The role requires accounts administration experience, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, arithmetic and computer skills, teamwork, flexibility, and effective communication. Purchase ledger, integrated business systems, SAP Business One, and medium- to high-volume transaction experience are advantageous. The position is office-based in Sandbach with assessment involving CV review, competency interview, and Maths/Excel testing.
