Lead HR operations with emphasis on stabilizing and automating processes across the employee lifecycle. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, manage related vendors, ensure compliance, lead a small HR team, and drive HRIS/system improvements and documentation.

Partner with managers and employees on employee relations, conduct investigations, recommend outcomes, and support performance management (PIPs, reviews). Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback, assist recognition programs, and ensure HR compliance with employment laws while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems.

Lead and supervise A&P mechanics: assign and approve daily work, coordinate with planners, ensure completion and documentation of maintenance per FAA/Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, maintain turnover reports, sign work records when required, enforce RII procedures, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, and perform mechanic duties as needed.

Leads aircraft sheet metal repairs and replacements, mentoring junior mechanics while ensuring compliance with FAA standards and customer specifications.
