Leads aircraft sheet metal repairs and replacements, mentoring junior mechanics while ensuring compliance with FAA standards and customer specifications.

Perform sheet metal repairs and fabrications for aircraft structural parts using samples, drawings, and measurements. Operate and program machines (lathes, CNC), perform routine machine maintenance, inspect output to specifications, use precision tools, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures.

Supervise and schedule aircraft maintenance teams to ensure airworthiness, control labor and materials costs, document work in ERP, liaise with departments, train and evaluate staff, and enforce safety and company policies.
