Manages customer aircraft maintenance programs covering hangar and line operations. Plans schedules, staffing, budgets, milestones, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Leads supervisors and program personnel, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors KPIs and financial performance, addresses operational issues, prepares status reporting, and supports hiring, training, performance management, and safety investigations.

Oversees aircraft maintenance projects and serves as the liaison between customers and North State Aviation. Coordinates scope changes, engineering assistance, material substitutions, specialized tooling, audit findings, and maintenance documentation. Supports maintenance supervision, ensures proper handling of cards awaiting parts or tooling, and provides leadership, planning, coaching, and performance management. Requires FAR Part 65 Subpart D certification and at least five years of Boeing and Airbus transport-category aircraft maintenance experience.

Oversee aircraft maintenance workscopes and budgets from planning through completion. Coordinate with planning, production, commercial, and customers; manage task cards, billing codes, workscope changes, scheduling, estimates, materials, tooling, and training needs. Lead pre-dock and post-dock meetings, develop planning tools and flow charts, monitor maintenance visits, and support recovery planning to ensure aircraft projects meet established timelines and procedures.
