Design, develop, and deliver instructional programs (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended) to build employee capability and role-specific proficiency in MRI products. Conduct needs analyses, partner with SMEs, maintain LMS records, evaluate program effectiveness, support leadership development, and manage learning projects end-to-end.

Lead hands-on adoption of AI and automation across Professional Services: design and deploy Copilot agents and enterprise AI solutions, build POCs and reusable accelerators, optimize delivery via automation, evaluate LLMs/RAG strategies, document architectures/best practices, and train consultants in prompt engineering and AI tool usage.

Provide strategic legal counsel on global privacy, data governance, AI governance, and cybersecurity compliance. Lead and evolve enterprise privacy programs, conduct data security due diligence, advise on product and commercial matters, manage sensitive matters, and partner with business stakeholders worldwide.

Lead the Global PMO to embed the 4D delivery framework and Smartsheet usage across initiatives, govern portfolio planning and reporting, manage stakeholders and executive sponsors, drive continuous improvement and capability development, line-manage PMs, and ensure strategic alignment and value realisation across projects.

Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training for new clients, prepare agendas and training records, manage scheduling, support the Training Manager, respond to client requests, monitor training hours, and provide face-to-face or online training as needed.

Independently manage a high-volume caseload of criminal background verifications, research and document U.S. criminal records, investigate discrepancies, compile and present reports, maintain confidential records, meet operational metrics and SLAs, and use internal and third-party systems and databases to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.

Manage post-sales project setup and scheduling, maintain Smartsheets tracking, coordinate client kickoffs and regular status meetings, monitor deliverables and RAG status, report metrics, run surveys, and lead lessons-learned to ensure engagements complete on time.

Lead and manage the Global Delivery Center Client Support teams (Cape Town), ensuring SLAs/OLAs are met, training and staffing coverage, escalation management, cross-functional coordination, root-cause analysis, CSAT improvement, and representation in client meetings and service reviews.

Design, develop and publish Power BI reports and data models, implement row-level security, build DAX expressions, integrate embedded analytics, optimize SQL queries and report performance, mentor BI developers, and collaborate with product owners to deliver analytics solutions.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize VCL-based Windows desktop applications using Delphi/Object Pascal. Integrate and tune MS SQL Server/SQLite databases, implement Windows API and SMTP-based features, troubleshoot legacy code, collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, and support cross-team delivery. Preferred experience with .NET/C#, web technologies, REST/SOAP, and advanced Delphi frameworks.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Power BI and data solutions. Run technical discovery, architect integrations, develop reports/dashboards, manage project delivery, conduct workshops and training, troubleshoot issues, support pre-sales, mentor junior consultants, and recommend process improvements.

Support professional services FP&A by validating and reconciling revenue and time-tracking data, analyzing variances to forecast/budget, maintaining forecasts and models, delivering consolidated monthly reporting with insights, partnering with services leaders, resolving cross-functional reporting issues, and driving process improvements.

Support sales management by analyzing performance, improving sales processes and systems, managing reporting and dashboards, coordinating projects and training, ensuring data integrity, and driving adoption of process improvements across sales and marketing.

Lead and scale a global sales enablement function to improve sales productivity, onboarding, training, content, tools, and analytics. Build and manage a high-performing team, align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, measure program ROI, and drive adoption of enablement technologies.

Manage a portfolio of clients as primary contact to drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. Monitor client health, run check-ins and onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain CRM records while implementing retention strategies and resolving escalations.

Manage day-to-day operations of a global Creative Studio, leading a Multimedia Designers team. Own intake, prioritize requests, manage capacity, and act as lead project manager to deliver high-quality graphic, video, and presentation work on time while aligning output with brand direction and stakeholder needs.

Provide hands-on operational support for global cloud and infrastructure platforms (Linux/Windows). Automate provisioning with Ansible/Terraform, manage Azure and AWS resources, administer monitoring/alerting, handle incidents via ITSM, support audit/compliance, manage assets, and collaborate with global Cloud Operations while working flexible shifts in a 24x7 environment.

Configure and customize MRI real estate software, manage implementations, train clients, create custom reports and SQL views, build integrations, perform gap analysis and testing, and maintain training materials and environments.
