Serve as primary client contact to manage and grow assigned accounts: onboard clients, ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, coordinate internal teams, and resolve issues to maximize retention and account value.

Lead architecture and delivery of multi-agent systems on the Agora Orchestrator: design LangGraph-based orchestration, author MCP servers, build RAG systems, deploy agents on Azure Foundry and Functions, implement observability, establish patterns, and mentor engineers.

Support Professional Services operations by managing scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, project setup, financial reconciliation, and process improvements. Lead end-to-end client data migration projects, coordinate teams and stakeholders, manage DevOps/sysadmin tasks for databases and servers, troubleshoot data transformation issues, and develop/maintain Ruby on Rails ETL code to ensure reliable, high-performance data integration.

Lead end-to-end CAM/NNN reconciliations and year-end billing for assigned properties. Review lease agreements, analyze GL expenses, verify invoices, calculate tenant true-ups, prepare reconciliation workpapers, support audits, collaborate with lease admin and property management, and drive process improvements for billing accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain and enhance a PowerBuilder 11.5 affordable-housing application, lead migration to PowerBuilder 2025/PowerServer 2025, remediate code for compatibility and performance, develop and optimize SQL Server objects, support web enablement and deployment, collaborate on migration planning and releases, document migration and deployment processes, and resolve production and performance issues while ensuring compliance reporting alignment.

Provide first-line product support via email and chat, respond to incoming issues through Salesforce/Zendesk, triage and escalate to 2nd-level or technical teams, develop and share product knowledge, and help customers achieve best-practice outcomes.

Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, web-based, and self-guided MRI Software training. Conduct needs assessments, create instructional materials, manage LMS records, evaluate training effectiveness, coach subject matter experts, and maintain training project plans and environments.

Lead product marketing for MRI's data solutions: craft positioning, messaging, GTM strategy and sales enablement. Drive product launches, demand generation, digital content, market intelligence, internal and external enablement, and thought leadership to support adoption and revenue growth across MRI's platform offerings.

Manage end-to-end client implementations from contract to go-live, acting as primary client contact. Develop and execute project plans, lead kickoff meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, configure and test integrations, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful adoption of RentPayment solutions.

Configure and implement MRI Affordable Housing software by analyzing and migrating client data, developing SQL and ETL conversions, creating SSRS reports, customizing configurations, training users, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliant, high-quality go-live and post-go-live support.

Run and coordinate client onboarding and training for MRI residential products, prepare agendas, deliver training sessions (online and face-to-face), maintain training records, monitor expiring training hours, support the Training Manager with administration and reporting, respond to client requests, and act as the first point of contact for onboarding.

Serve as the client-facing billing liaison to Finance: pull and distribute invoices/statements, respond to invoice inquiries, escalate complex issues, manage past-due communications and website pop-ups, and support the Implementation Team.

Provide L2 NOC support for MRI cloud infrastructure: monitor alerts, triage and resolve incidents, escalate as needed, manage backups, perform Windows Server and network troubleshooting, follow ITIL incident/change processes, produce reporting and communicate status to clients.

Lead the global PMO to enforce the 4D delivery framework and Smartsheet-based governance. Drive portfolio planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, capability development, change adoption, and people leadership to ensure strategic alignment and measurable value from enterprise initiatives, including AI and digital transformations.
