Leads legal strategy and regional legal operations across EMEA and the Middle East. Advises executives and business teams on commercial SaaS contracting, employment law, privacy, regulatory compliance, litigation, disputes, and risk management. Negotiates complex customer, partner, vendor, licensing, services, and data-processing agreements while supporting market expansion. Builds, mentors, and manages a high-performing legal team and coordinates external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Provides application support to financial and property management clients by responding to inbound requests, troubleshooting software issues, resolving concerns within service levels, documenting resolution progress, communicating status, and maintaining user and procedural documentation. The role requires strong customer focus, technical aptitude, professional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. It follows U.S. working hours and public holidays and uses a hybrid schedule based in Cape Town.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize VCL-based Windows desktop applications using Delphi/Object Pascal. Integrate and tune MS SQL Server/SQLite databases, implement Windows API and SMTP-based features, troubleshoot legacy code, collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, and support cross-team delivery. Preferred experience with .NET/C#, web technologies, REST/SOAP, and advanced Delphi frameworks.
