Processes high-volume billing for assigned software business verticals, including new deals, renewals, credits, and portfolio changes. Resolves billing discrepancies and client disputes, maintains billing-system data, interprets contracts and fee schedules, and coordinates with Finance, Legal, and Sales. Supports month-end close, revenue and deferred-revenue accuracy, process improvements, and departmental projects.

Provides advanced technical and application support across cloud and on-premise environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting enterprise applications, administering Linux and Windows servers, supporting databases, managing upgrades and patching, monitoring platform health, investigating major incidents, documenting procedures, improving automation, and adopting AI-assisted support tools. The role collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, network, and customer teams to maintain service reliability and deliver strong customer outcomes.

Leads the architecture, delivery, and operation of AI capabilities across an enterprise software portfolio. Owns the shared AI platform, AI engineering roadmap, model lifecycle, agent ecosystem, knowledge architecture, governance, security, observability, and infrastructure economics. Builds and scales engineering teams, establishes reusable AI patterns and AIOps/LLMOps practices, partners with product and executive leaders, and drives adoption of AI-native development across the organization.
