Manage employee relations across a regional workforce, conduct investigations, advise managers on performance and conflict resolution, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and administer benefits programs including vendor liaison, enrollments, and open enrollment support.

Collect and consolidate support process and system data, document current-state workflows and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder requirements sessions, translate requirements for AI/platform teams, support AI project readiness, maintain project docs, and produce analysis to prioritize resources.

Provide end-to-end application support for MRI Software SaaS platforms via phone, portal, email, and chat. Troubleshoot core workflows, integrations, data integrity, and reporting. Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet SLAs, communicate with clients and internal teams, contribute to knowledge base, and escalate appropriately.
