Support Professional Services operations by managing scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, project setup, financial reconciliation, and process improvements. Train and support teams on tools (SuiteProjects Pro, Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA), maintain documentation, monitor timesheets, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery.

Collect, validate and process clients' financial documents (Interims, Audits, Tax Returns, Budgets, Rent Rolls) using in-house software. Maintain client communication, meet SLAs, run trainings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial data processing.

Provide high-level technical support for IWMS software: own and resolve client cases, troubleshoot with SQL and APIs, maintain CRM records, escalate per SLAs, mentor junior team members, and follow ISO and GDPR processes while collaborating with development, QA, and implementation teams.
