Provide budget and financial support by maintaining tracking tools and records, compiling and reconciling federal financial data, preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, supporting audits and year-end activities, and developing spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation to improve budget execution and reporting.

Lead funds control and fiduciary management, formulate and present budgets, oversee grants and contracts, analyze budget trends and authority, develop budgetary policy, maintain internal financial control systems, and advise program officials on budget execution.

Support ethics and compliance program administration by tracking training completion, maintaining documentation integrity, responding to ethics inquiries, reviewing disclosures and travel plans, updating guidance and website content, and supporting audits and protocol reviews to ensure regulatory alignment.

Provide strategic and operational support to program leadership by analyzing program performance, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement. Support planning, execution, monitoring, SOP development, change management, and cross-functional pilots to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Serve as a strategic resource to federal leadership by improving program operations, documenting policies and SOPs, producing communications and training, analyzing data for recommendations, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and supporting program compliance and process improvements.

Support cross-functional business operations including internal/external communications, employee engagement, events, facilities coordination, quality initiatives (ISO/CMMI), and executive project support. Create communications and graphics, manage calendars and vendors, track action items, and assist leadership with strategic and special projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
