Coordinate clinical research activities for NHRC including participant recruitment/consent, study visit coordination, biosurveillance management, data collection/entry/analysis, regulatory/IRB submissions, compliance with GCP, and oversight of support staff. Lead logistics for on-site and remote studies (including naval ships), resolve data queries, prepare for audits, and recommend protocol adjustments to ensure study integrity and regulatory compliance.

Provide inpatient postpartum lactation clinical care and consultations, develop individualized lactation plans, manage common lactation complications, educate families and staff, maintain documentation in EMR, and lead breastfeeding program initiatives and training across the facility.

Provide comprehensive adult primary care and internal medicine services at a military medical treatment facility, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, diagnostics, referrals, care coordination, teaching, documentation in military EHRs, participation in performance improvement, and compliance with credentialing and clinical privileging requirements.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal development including solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, writing technical/management/cost volumes, pricing review, color-team management, cross-functional coordination, and post-submission responses aligned with FAR/DFARS.

Provide lactation consultations and breastfeeding assessments; develop individualized care plans; educate families on breastfeeding, pumping, and milk storage; lead lactation program initiatives and staff education; collaborate with Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and other departments; document care in electronic health records; participate in quality improvement, mandatory trainings, and clinical supervision; provide onsite patient-centered care during scheduled clinic hours, including holidays and rotational weekends.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal development and pricing: analyze solicitations, create compliance matrices, write technical/management/past performance volumes, build cost models and BOEs, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, run color team reviews, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and support post-submission debriefs and evaluation responses.

Provide administrative support to a clinical research program: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and logistics, prepare correspondence/reports/presentations, maintain records, track project milestones, facilitate communication among military, civilian, and contractor staff, and support compliance, procurement, and meeting documentation under supervisory approval.

Manage and maintain the laboratory Quality Management System (eQMS/MediaLab), ensure CLIA/CAP/FDA/ISO regulatory compliance, oversee document control, internal audits, nonconforming event/CAPA investigations, provide QA training, and support process improvements for operational infectious disease research.

Provide patient-centered clinical care in outpatient and specialty clinics: intake, triage, vitals, assist with exams/procedures, administer medications/immunizations/IV therapy, wound care, point-of-care testing, patient education, documentation in electronic medical records, and support care coordination and clinic operations.

Lead design and build of AI-enabled, full-stack applications across multi-cloud environments. Own end-to-end architecture, real-time data ingestion, agent orchestration, LLM and vector memory integration, reinforcement learning models, and front-end decision-support interfaces for regulated/government contexts.

Coordinate full proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP through submission: manage schedules, compliance matrices, editing, and production. Write and edit technical and past-performance content, develop win themes, and ensure compliance. Support capture, pipeline tracking, market research, and reusable content libraries. Leverage AI tools and proposal platforms, maintain document repositories, and liaise with SMEs, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
