Provide administrative and technical support for instructional staff and training operations: manage course materials and records, operate classroom technologies, track attendance and evaluations, coordinate schedules and logistics, perform inventory checks, and ensure compliance with DOD education policies and security procedures.

Design, develop, validate, and sustain medical and allied health training using ADDIE. Create assessments, technical documentation, and learning strategies across synchronous/asynchronous modalities. Partner with instructors, analyze occupational data, manage scheduling, and ensure training objectives and evaluation validity.

Support clinical research project teams by preparing and maintaining project documentation, coordinating with sites and sponsors, performing basic quality checks, assisting with deliverables and logistics for meetings, updating tracking tools, and helping investigate and resolve project issues under supervision.
