Candidates need demonstrated growth ownership at a SaaS company exceeding $10M ARR, substantial paid acquisition experience, strong analytics and experimentation skills, and prior team management experience.

Own Meta paid acquisition end to end, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution, measurement, and optimization. Manage prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns against CPA and payback goals. Implement Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking, analyze downstream conversions, run incrementality tests, improve landing pages, and report on spend, signup quality, paid conversion, and MRR contribution.

Research regulations, competitors, customer needs, and search intent; apply SEO and AI-search principles; monitor content performance; refresh content as regulations evolve; and collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and product teams. Use AI tools to improve workflow while maintaining human-quality writing.
