Create and manage event-related visual assets for social media, SMS, print, signage, and live events. Build scalable template systems and organize reusable visual libraries while maintaining brand quality and turnaround speed. Collaborate with Creative, Events, and Practice Success teams, manage high-volume requests, incorporate AI creative tools, and contribute ideas to campaign planning.

Owns creative outcomes for paid social campaigns across static and video formats, from concept through delivery. Translates trends into high-performing, on-brand Meta creatives; monitors CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, cost per result, and ROI; and turns performance insights into repeatable creative systems. The role also requires mastery of production specifications, independent troubleshooting, and development of AI-augmented workflows for creative concepting, production, and testing.

Build and run outbound outreach to re-engage past prospects and source net-new enterprise opportunities. Co-own messaging, sequences, and channel strategy with AEs, iterate playbooks, book qualified meetings, support events with Marketing/RevOps, and document repeatable processes for scaling the SDR function.
