Own end-to-end billing, collections, reconciliation, overdue invoice tracking, and accounts receivable reporting. Lead implementation of a new billing and accounting system from scoping through go-live, then build automation to replace spreadsheet-heavy processes. The role will identify structural reconciliation issues, improve revenue visibility, collaborate with Finance during month-end close, support service teams, and provide leadership with accurate billing performance insights.

Own end-to-end SEO execution for enterprise MedSpa clients, including audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, reporting, and organic growth initiatives. Build AI-powered workflows and automations for tasks such as keyword clustering, content briefs, internal linking, and alerts. Document scalable SEO processes, improve reporting systems, collaborate with content, paid media, and client success teams, and help shape Moxie’s long-term SEO program.

Provides virtual front-desk support for a portfolio of 4–5 MedSpas. Responsibilities include answering calls and messages, converting inbound leads through phone and text, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, answering basic practice questions, and escalating complex inquiries to MedSpa owners. Requires customer service and sales experience, healthcare familiarity, strong English communication, US-hours availability, and independent problem-solving skills.

Own SEO as a strategic service line across hundreds of med spa practices. Develop standardized SEO playbooks, SLAs, QA processes, reporting systems, and scalable tool stacks. Improve rankings, local visibility, organic leads, and revenue while defining the company’s GEO/AEO strategy for AI-driven search. Serve as the internal SEO subject matter expert, support enterprise sales, and mentor two SEO specialists.

Own the full SMB sales cycle from discovery through close, convert inbound and event-generated opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts, and consistently achieve quota. Build trust with medspa entrepreneurs, conduct consultative discovery, sell a revenue-share model based on customer outcomes, and collaborate with SDRs. Share customer insights and help improve sales methodology, talk tracks, and objection handling as Moxie scales.

Own and elevate design across website, email, SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events for medspa clients. Develop high-end creative standards, contribute to integrated marketing strategy, build scalable templates, document repeatable design processes, define service-level expectations, and implement AI-assisted workflows. The role requires hands-on execution, strategic marketing judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and potential to build and lead a future design team.

Owns access provisioning, help desk operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, device management, and IT documentation. The role improves ticket resolution and provisioning processes, maintains audit-ready records, supports SOC 2 and HIPAA certification readiness, and identifies systemic issues, policy gaps, tooling improvements, and potential security risks across a remote-first organization.

Ownership of platform reliability and incident response across cloud infrastructure. Improve observability, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, developer experience, and operational tooling. Act as primary on-call platform expert, collaborate with product teams, and run postmortems to raise platform reliability.

Lead Moxie’s strategic finance function: own forecasting, GMV modeling, budget-vs-actual and variance analysis, build dashboards and processes, partner with cross-functional leaders, and support strategic initiatives including tech rollouts and M&A.

Build and run outbound outreach to re-engage past prospects and source net-new enterprise opportunities. Co-own messaging, sequences, and channel strategy with AEs, iterate playbooks, book qualified meetings, support events with Marketing/RevOps, and document repeatable processes for scaling the SDR function.
