Responsibilities include floorplanning from unit cells through top level, applying high-frequency layout techniques, managing parasitics, coupling, EMIR, IR drop, and symmetry, and troubleshooting LVS, DRC, and ERC errors using Cadence, PVS, and Calibre.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains embedded firmware for 5G hardware products. Responsibilities include hardware bring-up, software optimization, automated and unit testing, requirements analysis, documentation, code reviews, technical issue resolution, and collaboration with digital design, RF verification, DevOps, and customers. The role also involves embedded peripherals, cross-compilation, CI/CD, build systems, and lab-based debugging.

Designs and verifies advanced analog/RF integrated circuits for 5G and SATCOM mmWave transceivers. Responsibilities include developing RFIC sub-blocks such as bias circuits, regulators, amplifiers, VCOs, mixers, frequency dividers, and ADCs; managing designs from specifications through tape-out; performing simulations, layout, lab testing, and verification; and collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools including Spectre and EM simulators.

Owns digital subsystem architecture and synthesizable RTL design for FPGA and ASIC targets.
