Design and integrate 5G millimeter-wave wireless systems, including communication algorithms, RF and transmit/receive chain analysis, system architecture, calibration, and real-time operation. Collaborate with PHY, firmware, RFIC, hardware, and applications teams. Develop test plans, debug systems using laboratory equipment, analyze performance data, conduct OTA testing and field trials, and document system requirements and customer deliverables.

Designs and optimizes mmWave antenna architectures, phased arrays, radomes, feeds, and transitions for 5G and satellite communications. Responsibilities include EM simulation with ANSYS HFSS, RF/OTA measurement, antenna-module integration, prototype support, DFM/DFT, vendor coordination, and simulation-to-measurement correlation. Collaborates with RFIC, packaging, mechanical, manufacturing, and product teams while documenting trade studies, test plans, design reviews, and release packages.

Designs and verifies analog, RF, and mmWave integrated circuit layouts for 5G and SATCOM transceivers. Responsibilities include floorplanning from unit cells through top level, applying high-frequency layout techniques, managing parasitics, coupling, EMIR, IR drop, and symmetry, and troubleshooting LVS, DRC, and ERC errors using Cadence, PVS, and Calibre.
