Welcomes and assists patients, schedules and reschedules appointments, manages calls and insurance information, processes payments, maintains patient records, coordinates transportation and same-day visits, and supports patient flow and clinic administration. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, accurate documentation, strong customer service, and at least one year of medical reception and scheduling experience.

Serve as the clinic's first point of contact: greet/check in patients, schedule and confirm appointments, collect insurance and co-pays, answer and make phone calls, scan/upload patient documents, and perform other front-desk administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office.

Bilingual case manager supporting personal injury patients: manage clinical records, audit and organize documentation, coordinate with law firms and community health partners, file/scan records, and provide administrative support. Role is fully onsite with some travel to client events.

Float chiropractic assistant who rooms patients, records vitals and pain levels, sets up therapy machines, assists providers with clerical tasks, educates patients, and travels between Colorado clinics. Provides excellent customer service and supports high patient volume.
