Supports the Regional Director for Italy and Iberia with administration, presentations, inbox management, reporting, Excel sales analysis, customer documentation, CRM management, and sales back-office activities. Coordinates with Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams, handles sales queries, and assists with customer-related activities. The internship is office-based in Milan, Monday through Friday, and includes training and mentoring.

Lead the evolution of MotorK’s cloud infrastructure into an AI-driven platform engineering organization. Manage cloud and infrastructure teams, develop observability capabilities, implement mature SRE practices, and ensure customer SLOs and SLAs. Oversee AWS governance, security, networking, cost control, disaster recovery, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and DevOps adoption. Partner with engineering teams and senior leadership to establish scalable cloud best practices.

Support international talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, scouting, outreach, initial screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, reporting, and recruitment strategy. The internship works across departments and European markets while collaborating with senior talent acquisition team members. The role is office-based in Milan with possible remote work and requires fluent Italian and English, strong organization, and interest in HR and recruiting.

Manage B2B automotive clients throughout their lifecycle, owning onboarding, product go-live, adoption, retention, account growth, and upselling. Translate client requirements into delivery briefs and coordinate with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. Provide digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise while tracking account metrics such as NPS, retention, adoption, and time-to-go-live.

Own the architecture, engineering, and delivery of MotorK’s data platform. Design data models, warehouse architecture, and production pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and Python. Optimize warehouse performance, cost, and reliability while expanding streaming and AI-enabled capabilities. Lead, mentor, and technically guide two data engineers through code review, pairing, and architectural decisions. Establish strong standards for data quality, testing, documentation, and delivery, partnering with technical and business stakeholders.
