What You'll Do
- Build real features: Contribute to the development and enhancement of MotorK's core platform used by automotive manufacturers across Europe
- Work with modern technologies: Apply your knowledge of PHP and Python to solve real-world technical challenges in a production environment
- Shape our AI transformation: Participate in projects tied to our AI-native product evolution, working with cutting-edge tools and frameworks
- Collaborate internationally: Work with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple European offices
- Learn and grow: Receive mentorship from senior developers while contributing your own ideas and perspectives to technical discussions
- Own your impact: Take responsibility for features from conception through deployment, with support from your team
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Working knowledge of PHP and Python, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development fundamentals - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and explain your technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Java, Go, or other backend programming languages
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, or cloud platforms
- Exposure to database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Personal projects or contributions to open-source software
