Frontline technical support role providing multi-channel (phone, email, chat) troubleshooting, remote device actions, and case management. Triage issues, collect logs, meet SLAs, manage escalations (P1/P2), collaborate with Product/Engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement. Requires bilingual Spanish/English and hardware/firmware troubleshooting; based in Mexico City with on-call rotation.
