Senior Counsel will provide corporate, commercial, privacy, compliance, claims, litigation, and employment-law support. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, advising on CCPA/CPRA and data protection, managing governance templates, handling vehicle incident claims and employment disputes, and partnering with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Engineering. The role requires onsite work in Las Vegas five days weekly and approximately 10% travel.

Owns design release, engineering integration, and OEM orchestration for automotive HMI and UX hardware. Translates UX concepts into technical requirements, manages engineering documentation, BOMs, validation plans, ECNs, supplier relationships, and vehicle integration. Leads DVP&R, design readiness reviews, risk mitigation, and technical program communication while coordinating component maturity through DV, PV, and PPAP milestones.

As a Machine Learning Systems Engineer, you will optimize distributed training systems, enhance performance profiling, and develop high-performance GPUs for machine learning workloads.

Supports the Chief of Staff and executive team by leading high-priority cross-functional strategic projects, coordinating stakeholders, tracking execution, removing roadblocks, and preparing executive communications and briefings. The role synthesizes technical, financial, and operational information, supports strategic prioritization, improves organizational processes, and conducts rapid analysis for emerging opportunities and risks.

Architect and integrate planning and prediction systems, build high-performance C++ software, evaluate algorithms for production deployment, collaborate with perception and control teams, and mentor junior engineers. The role emphasizes probabilistic decision-making, technical ownership, rigorous research, and reliable production engineering.

Build and scale ML development infrastructure and Agentic AI tooling. Optimize distributed training (PyTorch/DDP), improve GPU utilization, design multi-cloud Kubernetes environments, and collaborate with ML researchers and engineers to streamline the ML lifecycle.

Leads end-to-end validation and commercialization release readiness for autonomous vehicle software across simulation, SIL, HIL, closed-course, and public-road environments. Defines quality gates, release criteria, safety verification protocols, and traceability processes; performs systemic root-cause analysis; builds automated test frameworks; influences architecture; coordinates cross-functional sign-off; mentors engineers; and supports deployment verification and field testing.

Provides desktop and end-user IT support across multiple operating systems and sites. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, security, AV, and conferencing issues; manages workstation imaging, hardware configuration, inventory, documentation, and incident requests. Supports process improvement, IT projects, endpoint security, and service uptime while delivering customer service to employees and executives.

Lead vehicle-level integration, validation, and root cause analysis across electrical, network, software, and hardware domains. Configure and validate ECUs, sensors, actuators, and vehicle networks (CAN, CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet). Develop and execute integration and validation test plans, analyze logs and network traces, support vehicle bring-up and production phases, and mentor junior engineers to improve product quality and development efficiency.

The candidate will define and execute motion planning projects, develop behavior models using ML techniques, and collaborate with teams to enhance autonomous vehicle performance.

Lead end-to-end hardware integration between Motional's autonomous driving system and OEM base vehicles. Own ICDs, manage mechanical/electrical/network compatibility, coordinate cross-functional OEM/internal teams, track master integration schedule, oversee engineering documentation and change management, drive platform testing/certification, run technical program reviews, and report integration maturity, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Lead and coordinate high-priority cross-functional strategic projects for engineering leadership. Serve as CoS liaison, manage meetings and communications, synthesize technical and financial information, prepare executive briefings, prioritize the CoS calendar, improve processes, and perform ad-hoc analysis to inform strategy and shareholder communications.

The Senior Software Engineer will enhance developer productivity by building and refining internal services, improve system performance and reliability, and manage complex infrastructure platforms.

Lead design and implementation of motion control and trajectory optimization algorithms for production autonomous vehicles. Build robust C++ software, evaluate control techniques, integrate with prediction and behavior teams, use simulation and CI, mentor junior engineers, and apply numerical optimization and solvers to ensure safe, comfortable vehicle motion.

Develop and maintain long-range financial models, support strategic decision-making and scenario planning, partner with operations and cross-functional teams to forecast revenue and expenses, perform unit economic and competitive analysis, and prepare presentations for leadership.

Design, build, and maintain a web-based semantic map annotation editor and 3D visualizations that handle terabyte-scale map data. Optimize performance, automate map generation, integrate with ML teams, write design docs, resolve issues, and improve user workflows for efficient map editing and validation.

Lead design and build of internal web visualization tooling for ML and AV teams. Architect scalable React/TypeScript/Vue frontends, collaborate cross-functionally, drive performance and UX best practices, mentor engineers, and deliver mission-critical data-heavy UI systems.

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for radar and camera hardware across product development and production. Negotiate contracts, track BOM costs, ensure APQP/PPAP and supplier quality compliance, coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and Hyundai counterparts, and drive cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.

Design, build, and deploy core ML infrastructure components on Kubernetes. Develop scalable services for data ingestion, processing, training, and evaluation. Write maintainable code for high-throughput, petabyte-scale systems. Own features end-to-end from design through production and operation to accelerate autonomous vehicle model development.
